The abutting roof on this property on St Davids Road in Aberystwth needed full insulation to comply with governmental "U-Value" standards. "Warm roofs" differ from cold roofs in that they do not require ventilation and the insulation is placed above, rather than between the joists. They are required by law on certain roof types such as where people will live and/or work beneath or, as here, where an extension meets the main roof (see warm roof section for more on this).

The photographs above show the warm roof after the completed installation of both the insulation and the overcoating polymer system. The roof is seamless, jointless, fully weatherproof and guaranteed to last.

Warm roof not in Wales?

Not a problem. We work all over the UK, including the Highlands & Islands and Cornwall. Despite having very high technical specifications, the polymer system is extremely versatile and quick to install, meaning we can travel anywhere in Britain (or even in some parts of mainland Europe) without difficulty or significant delay.

This means you don't have to wait around for months for your roof to be fixed, but also that you don't have to pay for a team of roofers to be on-site for weeks at a time - we're in and out, with no mess or hassle.
