20 Year Polymer Flat Roof Refurbishment for Bala Spar

This Spar shop in Bala in Gwynedd in North Wales needed an economical reinstatement for the roof for a new commercial lease, which we were able to provide using the polymer system. The overlaid 20 year liquid membrane system provides a durable, high spec and affordable refurbishment and is supported by a 20 year insurance-backed guarantee.

As with all our polymer roofs, this shop roof was completely mechanically cured within 72 hrs, waterproof, weatherproof and safe to walk in within just a few hours.

Large Tanking Project in Food Manufacturers Carmarthenshire

Electrical Room Roof in Essex

This small flat roof on an electrical room in rural Essex, was straightforward for the polymer system despite its small size and the heatwave at the time! As you can see from the photos, the polymer system's built-in flexibility creates a level, jointless and seamless finish that is "perfect forming" around details even at small scale.

As with all our polymer roofs, domestic and commercial, this electrical room roof was fully mechanically cured within 72 hrs, waterproof, UV proof and safe to walk in within a few hours, and is guaranteed to last.

School Outbuilding Essex

This polymer flat roof on a school outbuilding roof in Essex, was relatively straightforward despite overhanging trees and the (minor) central ventilation pipe. Borth School Porta Cabin Roof Refurbishment

This school in Borth, on the wet and windy west coast of Wales, needed a roof refurbishment for one of its portacabins.

Refurbishments involve overlaying polymer coats on existing roofing, fully sealing the roof and making it jointless and seamless.

All our roofs are guaranteed weatherproof, UV proof, waterproof and fireproof within the hour and safe to walk on after just 6 hours. The work we undertake is non-disruptive, meaning people working below usually don't even have to vacate the space.

Lead Refurbishment at Bronant School, Aberystwyth, Ceredigion

Bronnant or Bronant Primary School located between Aberystwyth and Tregaron in Ceredigion. A section of lead work sandwiched awkwardly between various roofs had split, exposing the substrate to the elements. We have worked on many schools around Ceredigion, thanks to the polymer system's uniquely low-impact process as well as the speed of installation. The system causes so little disruption that activities can usually be continued in the rooms below, while we work, and most roofs can be fully refurbished within one day.

Polymer Surfacing Aberystwyth Castle Walkway

Aberystwyth Castle is a historically important, thirteenth century Grade 1 Listed Building on the West Wales coast. A combination of tourist footfall and its windy, exposed position at the sea front gives it much to stand up to, throughout its large grounds.

Lead Alternative for Stolen Leadwork, Prince's Mead School, Winchester

Sadly, schools are all-too-common victims of metal roof theft, especially lead - see this one in Skelmersdale and this one in Swindon, the latter of which resulted in the collapse of three classroom roofs, fortunately without any injuries. These articles highlight both the scale of the problem and the dangers metal theft can pose. With schools, it is most often children who are at risk.

Copper Alternative Spire and Roof, Llandrindod Wells

The Metropole Hotel in Llandrindod Wells in Powys, Mid Wales is one of the town's main landmarks with a long history and great visitor appeal. Its patinated copper roof spires are an integral part of its traditional look and stately charm, but over the years they have worn and perished, their seams nearly disintegrating and the copper plates pocking and eroding.
